What a triumph! Genuinely sensational. The venue itself is fantastic - I still think there is nothing else in the UK which has the full offering in the way Clevedon Hall does - but beyond that, the attention to detail and the level of service is top-notch. The quality of the food, the clear announcements so the day had a sense of momentum, the interior design, the cheerful and uplifting atmosphere, the warm welcome at reception and the porter service, the gardens, the list goes on and on. In summary, I think what you do so well is figuring out the vibe of what it is the wedding couple want to achieve for their wedding, and then adapting the product offering accordingly - truly a bespoke service.
"Where to start..? The grounds, bedrooms and spaces are so beautiful. The staff are really friendly, welcoming and helpful, and we received a very warm welcome. We had a 5 course meal and it was SO delicious. We even said the panna cotta was the best we had ever had! We slept like logs in the stunning bedroom and enjoyed the power shower and deep bath tub. All in all, couldn't recommend higher!"

The food was exquisite, the venue is just mind-blowing, and the staff couldn’t do enough for us, which made things easier.
