Wedding Co-ordinator
Jess is often one of the first people our couples will meet here at the Hall.
She has a genuine passion for weddings and loves working with couples to help them plan their perfect day. From the initial viewing right through to the planning meeting, Jess is on hand to help answer questions and guide our couples through the entire process, making it as easy as possible.
Jess works hard to ensure everything is planned to perfection, before handing her couples over to their event manager.
Event Coordinator & Wedding Administrator
Sacha supports Lauren and Jess with day to day admin and helps to coordinate weddings and events from behind the scenes. Sacha has a great eye for detail and spends time meticulously checking each wedding to ensure nothing is missed, before our couples are handed over to their event manager.
As well as coordination, Sacha also helps to create content for our social media platforms and is responsible for ensuring all marketing is relevant, with regular website checks and audits.
Senior Event Manager
As well as day to day event management, Lara is primarily responsible for wedding operations. She allocates couples their event managers, communicates and liaises with our coordinators to ensure a smooth handover process and oversees wedding operational procedures.
Lara works with all departments to ensure that operational procedures are reviewed, agreed and communicated regularly in order to provide the very best in customer service and bespoke wedding experiences for our couples.
Lara also deputises for Jade in her absence and assists in managing all event operations at the Hall as well as the training and development of our event management team.
Event Manager
Kyles' primary focus is day to day event management ensuring that every detail is perfect as per our guests requirements.
Kyle is also the HOD for our Service Team, one of the biggest departments in our business, he looks after their rota, training and champions high standards of food service with his team.
Kyle is also extremely skilled in bar and cocktail operations and is also responsible for the procurement, ordering and stock management of our wine, champagne and sparkling wines.
Event Manager
As well as day to day event management, Jordan is also the HOD for the Reception team and manages/oversees the department alongside our Head Receptionist.
Jordan and the reception team strive to deliver the very best Clevedon Hall welcome for all our guests and are a central point of communication and information for guests and colleagues alike.
Jordan is also responsible for organising our Tasting Evenings for our wedding couples. He also oversees corporate bookings for operations ensuring that our clients in which he maintains AV equipment, corporate furniture and stationary etc.
Head of Event Operations
Jade is responsible for supporting all operational aspects of the business.
As well as day to day management of the business, her main priorities are to recruit, develop and train an operational team who are able to meet and exceed our agreed service standards. Jade strives to foster and maintain a positive workplace culture, leading by example and promoting positive team relations whilst creating an environment that supports career progression for those who seek it.
She oversees all operational service standards, operational efficiency, guest experience, customer service and staff retention.
Jades primary focus is creating luxurious, memorable moments for our wedding couples with the help of her team.
Head Chef
Alex is a talented chef with a huge amount of industry experience. He is passionate about food and loves to bring a couples culinary ideas to life for their special day.
He works hard behind the scenes creating bespoke menus for our couples, maintaining good relationships with local suppliers to ensure only the finest ingredients are used.
Alex strives to provide delicious food, and lots of it.
Managing Director/Founder
As the founder and Managing Director of Clevedon Hall Ltd, John has a remarkable passion for delivering exceptional experiences to clients who choose Clevedon Hall as their wedding venue.
Since co-founding the business with his father in 2009, John has been committed to building a business that creates a magical and unforgettable setting for weddings, while also fostering a close-knit family environment for his team. Head of Wedding Sales
Lauren is a key part of everything that happens here at the Hall, working with couples and suppliers to ensure the planning process is as easy as possible, providing expert advice from her many years in the industry to nervous brides and grooms, putting them at ease.
Lauren’s primary focus is the people, and strives to create luxury experiences for our couples, with the help of her team.
Lauren is also responsible for managing some of our marketing, including all social media platforms ensuring they are updated regularly.
